Fundraising Officer II - Macau (2-year contract, renewable)

Responsibilities:
Plan, design, develop and implement Oxfam’s flagship fundraising and marketing events.
Explore new fundraising initiatives, including digital fundraising and beneficiary events.
Manage social media postings and website content.
Facilitate collaboration opportunities with potential supporters in Macau and cultivate strong relationships with local individual supporters and corporate donors.
Address donor inquiries through phone calls, emails, and walk-in receptions.
Ensure efficient processing of tasks and donation transactions in day-to-day operations.
Provide support for office administrative tasks as needed.
Perform additional tasks as requested by supervisors.
Requirements:
Degree holder with at least 4 years of relevant experience in fundraising, marketing, communications or customer service.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, detail-oriented, flexible, creative, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
Knowledge of the Macau context.
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing. Experience with design and editing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing is a plus.
Right of abode in Macau, able to work under a roster, including working on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays as required.

Temporary Fundraising Assistant - Macau ( 3 months )

Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing Oxfam Rice Selling, including volunteer recruitment, production, and logistics arrangements.
Conduct cold calls and follow up on purchase orders, and data entry.
Duty at roadshows in various venues.
Perform additional tasks as requested by supervisors.
Requirements:
Tertiary education, with at least 1 year of experience in marketing and event management
Good telephone manner and communication skills.
Right of abode in Macau, able to work under a roster, including working on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays as required.
Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is a must.
