Logistics officer
Job Description:
Provide full support to customer service department
Prepare the shipping and transportation documents
Work with forwarder to settle return shipment, damage claim and insurance claim, etc
Handle I/E shipping of goods, including the preparation of I/E documents
Liaise with customer service team and logistics team
Closely follow up with order status
Requirements:
F5 or above
2 years relevant experience with good communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Detail oriented, Initiative, hardworking and mature
Knowledge in Oracle is an advantage
