Part Time Client Advisor
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and support the sales
Maintain the VM standard of the sales floor
Execute stock replenishment and handle stock transfer
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manage
Requirements:
Passion in Fashion Retail
With retail experience
Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Self-motivated with positive attitude
Outgoing, proactive, team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work shift
Client Advisor (Full Time Permanent)
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service
Achieve sales target of the store
Maintain the VM standard
Handle stock replenishment and stock transfer
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager
Requirements:
Min.1 year sales experience in luxury retail
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Good fashion sense and knowledge of leather goods and RTW
Strong customer-service mindset and excellent selling techniques

Store Manager
As a Store Manager, you will constantly seek out business opportunities to exceed commercial results, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit. You will coach and develop the team in a style which is personable and hands-on. You will inspire your team to always put the client first, continually looking for ways to exceed the client’s expectations.
Responsibilities
Providing leadership to the store team including recruitment, coaching, training and performance management
Store Management – including housekeeping, inventory management and visual merchandising
Customer Relationship Management – managing our customer database, driving appointment bookings and managing in-store VIP events
Identifying ways to grow the customer database and increase client retention
Ensure effective two way communication to ensure team members are engaged and knowledgeable
Ensure store merchandising standards are adhered to including visual merchandising expectations
Building strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership members
Requirements
2-3 years of experience within a retail leadership or supervisory roles (luxury experience preferred)
Previous experience leading a large team to drive business outcomes
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coach and develop staff
Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships
