Job Opportunities:
1. ERP System Analyst
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between the business and the ERP system, ensuring the system is configured to meet the organization's needs.
Optimize the use of the ERP system to improve efficiency, increase productivity, and enhance reporting capabilities.
Provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system.
Qualification or Experience:
Diploma or higher in Information Technology or relevant field is preferred.
1-3 years relevant working experience.
Good team player and communication skills.
Good planning and analytical skills with attitude.
Command of spoken and written English.
2. Helpdesk Operator
Responsibilities:
Provide the first-level support for customers and answer the service call of the IT Information Technology
Resolve reported incidents according to the process and provide high-quality IT services to the customers
Escalate the complicated unresolve problem to tier two or tier three support teams. The escalation tasks place either through call transferring or ticketing systems
Proper handling the tickets on time and in accurately manner. Follow the ITSM standard such as Service Request Management, Incident management and Change Management etc to manage the activity. Escalate any outstanding issue/case to management
Follow up with the customer if the problem is complicated without final resolution. Provide temporary or workaround solution to customer until the problem was resolved with customer’s satisfaction
Make sure tickets are updated according to defined Service Level Agreements
Verify all open tickets are in correct state
Track the call performance to improve the job satisfaction
Participate in ongoing knowledge and skill development activities
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors
Qualification or Experience:
Diploma or higher in Information Technology or relevant field is preferred
Minimum 1 years’ Service Desk, Help Desk, or technical Call Center experience strongly preferred. Relevant IT operation and maintenance experience or electronic computer major is preferred
General awareness of computer systems, PC repairment and network management
Any Microsoft Certification is advantage
Have a strong sense of service, good communication skills, wiring experience is preferred
Effectively manage length of calls/handle time
Positive, Proactive and can-do attitude
Able to accept shifts/overnight shifts working schedule
Command of spoken and written basic English
3. Project Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements and skills:
Working experience related to project administration. Manage multi-national or vendors project is preferrable.
Proven working experience as a project administrator in the IT field
Good client-facing and internal communication skills
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Project Management tools
Shift working duty may require
Qualification:
Diploma or higher in information technology or electrical engineering
PMP / PRINCE II certification is preferrable

4. IT Hardware Technician (Junior or Senior) 電腦硬件維修員(初級或高級)
Responsibilities:
Provide support for hardware setup and maintenance such as PC, server, printer, scanner, IPTV etc…
Provide Windows operation support
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting
Data Center services including cabling, telecom setup, Server/Computer or ELV room daily installation and maintenance
HelpDesk service operation
Qualification or Experience:
Diploma or higher in Information Technology or relevant field is preferred.
1-3 years relevant working experience (Fresh graduate also be considered)
Knowledge and experience on MS Windows
Good team player and communication skills
Good planning and analytical skills with attitude
Preferrable: CCNA, HCIA or ITIL Foundation

5. Developer for MongoDB
Responsibilities:
Completing assigned tasks such as implementing, managing software programs and testing and evaluating new programs by the company standard.
Writing and implementing efficient code and determining operational practicality.
Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications.
Basic or good skills being developed and able to contribute to success of team and product goals.
Following the Standard Operation Procedure in a customer or office environment to complete all assigned tasks with a safe and secure approach and complying with customers’ and Vastcom information security policies and requirements.
Studying and evaluating key products or solution.
Qualification or Experience:
Diploma or higher in Information Technology or relevant field is preferred.
Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer
Basic skills to deploy Linux, Windows platform or virtualization..
Knowledge of database such as MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL, MongoDB, et.
Knowledge of RPA (Optional).
2-5 years relevant working experience (Fresh graduate also be considered).

6. Account Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with sales leads and existing clients, independently generating sales leads and achieving sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT field.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and expand the client database as their trusted solution partner.
Develop knowledge of the products and services being offered as well as the working knowledge of relevant industry’s climate and competition.
Negotiating contracts and packages by balancing company profit margin and client interest in an acceptable level.
Preparing and delivering appropriate presentation on suitable solutions with Pre-sales team member to a client.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Willing to perform any other ad-hoc tasks required by the Company.
Qualification or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of business development experience in the IT field.

7. Project Manager
Responsibilities:

9. 兼職司機
工作職責:
負責接送行政人員的駕駛工作;
協助或自行裝卸輕型貨品,將貨品送到客戶手中,並請客戶進行簽收;
遞交文件或標書
職位要求:
需持有重型電單車及私家車(手波)駕駛執照
具3年以上駕駛經驗,熟悉澳門酒店及政府部門地理位置
刻苦耐勞
工作時間:下午2點至晚上10點,每週2-3日(具體按實際情況而定)
