Senior Property Manager
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of on-site property management staff and oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, facility management and manpower development;
Formulate and implement Property Management strategies, operations, policies and standard guidelines;
Prepare annual budget and cost control documentation;
Attend Owners’ Committee meeting and review service contract with the Owners’ Committee;
Ensure tenant / contractor / landlord compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
Requirements:
Degree holder with not less than 8 years’ working experience in Property Management, Facility Management, Club House and/or Hotel Management industry;
Completed the Training Course for Professionals and Technicians in Property Management (310 hours) preferable;
Well versed with Building and Property Management Ordinance;
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and strong communication skills;
Mature, self-driven and well-organized with good leadership skills;
Holder of Macau ID is required.
工程主任
工作內容:
安排、指導及監督員工團隊處理物業管理事務和培訓發展;
工程繪圖、報價流程、編寫報告文件等;
處理屋苑公共設施保養及維修項目;
協調及監督外判工作質量;
部門人手調配安排及內部的協調等工作。
資歷要求:
大專或以上程度,主修設施管理或機電工程等相關專業;
具有5年物管或以上相關工作經驗;
持有工程師專業資格或設施管理師專業資格優先考慮;
能操及書寫中英語言;
具有良好溝通能力、組織及領導能力;
熟悉運用辦公室軟件(即MS Office)及繪圖軟件等工程類軟件;
對項目督導、設施管理及工程各專業有深入了解。
物業管理主任
工作內容:
協助上級管理屋苑日常事務;
出席管委會會議; 草擬日常書信, 通告, 各項報告及會議記錄等文書工作;
處理顧客查詢, 跟進投訴及處理緊急事故;
監督保安員及清潔工人日常工作, 監察外判及承辦商工作;
主動與業戶接觸, 維持良好關係, 監察各項服務指標。
資歷要求:
中學畢業或以上程度;
3 年或以上物業管理經驗;
良好粵語、普通話及英語溝通能力;
熟識電腦及文書處理系統操作, 包括中, 英文打字。
Customer Services Officer
Responsibilities:
Provide quality services and enhance relationship with tenants / owners by handling telephone enquiries
Handle customers’ complaints and all emergency cases
Organize activities & interest classes if required
Monitor, check and inspect all common areas of maintenance works progress
Other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Degree holder with 3 years relevant experience in club house management, building management and or facilities management is preferred
Good in spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is essential
Pleasant, helpful and possess good customer service & interpersonal skills
A good team player with positive work attitude and self-motivation
Knowledge of PC essential
Holding of Professional Diploma in Property Management for Practitioners – Macau is an advantage
Customer Services Assistant
Responsibilities:
Handle enquires / complaints of customers and visitors in the managed property.
Requirements:
High school graduate or above;
1 year or above experience in Club House and Customer Services preferred;
Good command of spoken English and Chinese (include Cantonese and Putonghua);
Proficient in PC skills and MS Office (Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing);
Pleasant, helpful and possess good customer service & interpersonal skills.

負責大廈日常保安、防火安全、監察閉路電視系統等;
跟進維修事項, 巡邏, 訪客登記;
處理投訴、查詢及突發事件;
有效率地完成上司委派工作;
主動與業戶接觸, 維持良好關係。
資歷要求:
初中或以上程度;
1 年或以上物業管理經驗;
良好粵語、普通話及英語溝通能力。
