兼職助理倉務員 (Part Time Warehouse Assistant) (全日 或 半日)

工作職責:

  • 負責日常倉務工作,包括裝卸、搬運及推動貨板或貨箱等體力勞動的工作

  • 跟進貨物進倉及出倉安排: 收貨、點算及檢查貨物,確保出入貨物交收準確

  • 負責整理貨架及盤點

要求:

  • 初中學歷

General Manager (Commercial)

Overall Responsibility:

The post is overall responsible the P&L (Profit & Loss) of Macau Lei Va Hong via new business development and organizational development, formulating strategic direction of ZPMO Macau business plan and execution of the plan to meet company setting financial and operational goals.

Detail Responsibilities:

  • Building close business relationship with Clients and different stakeholders of pharma and baby milk powder market in Macau by understanding clients’ strategic commercialization needs and finalizing contracts with clients;

  • Connecting Macau pharmaceutical, medical device and baby milk powder industrial and government healthcare leaders for securing the Company as a key market player;

  • Evaluating and realizing every market opportunities for new business development by discovering clients’ unmet commercialization needs and attracting new clients in order to expend business market share in the Macau pharma and baby milk powder market segments;

  • Leading people management including staff recruitment, training, remuneration, motivation and performance management to make sure personal assets meeting up organizational strategic needs to cope with company growth;

  • Formulating and Executing annual plan for Operations, Regulatory, Shipping, Finance and HR in holistic approach for serving Clients and Macau Customers with quality service in context of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and baby milk powder Storage and Distribution standard;

  • Collaborating closely with the Executive Team of Headquarters locating in Hong Kong and Singapore for roll out and track performance of high level company strategies to achieve overall Company goals.

Qualifications - Working Experience:

  • At least 20 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device and Baby Milk Powder industry where the individual was responsible for leading a sizable organization in General Manager capacity for at least 5 years

  • Entrepreneurial track record of performance gained in multi-national companies

  • Proven history for growing business size as well as P&L in sizable organization with 50+ people

  • Solid experience in annual budgeting and forecasting for management decision

Education Level: Bachelor’s degree or above from reputable university

Knowledge and Skill:

  • Up-to-date knowledge of market trends in pharmaceutical, medical device, baby milk powder, healthcare and logistics industry

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and formal presentation skills

  • Goal-oriented, results driven professional able to handle multiple responsibilities and effectively energize and manage staff in order to drive new business

Language:

  • Excellent oral and written English communication

  • Capable of making effective and impactful presentations to audiences who are senior executives of multi-national pharma and baby milk powder companies

Medical Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales objectives within product range and assigned sales area

  • Wisely deploy resources to achieve optimal return

  • Deliver scientific information of our products to medical professions

  • Actively participate and contribute to sales and marketing promotion activities

  • Collect market intelligence, develop sales plan and sales reports for the team

  • Build and maintain good working relationships with customers

Requirements:

  • Tertiary educated in any disciplines

  • Solid local sales experience in pharmaceutical industry is an advantage

  • Passionate, self-motivated and result oriented

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
