Role Description
Prepare any documents or items that the Finance team is responsible for, including quotations, invoices, billing statements, and other reports and records.
Keep a thorough record of business transactions and enter data from daily work logs into the company’s general ledger system.
Prepare reconciliation and resolve/ monitor discrepancies in a timely manner.
Perform three-way match and check for appropriate approvals before processing invoices for payment settlement.
Keep track of any consumer issues that require a refund and issue refunds in a timely manner. Handle inbound Finance-related inquiries and perform problem-solving for business partners.
Contact business partners to notify them of outstanding balance for payment collection.
Assist in documenting procedures and improving existing processes and internal controls.
Meeting deadlines and initiatives, based on a comprehensive understanding of process, system functions and timelines.
Assist senior members with any tasks, or perform any ad hoc assignments.
Who is Our Right Fit
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or other related areas
Detail-oriented and possess the ability in multi-tasking, both independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated and with great follow through skills, able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in both English and Cantonese is mandatory Good knowledge of MS Office, excellent command in Excel is highly preferable

Job Description and Organization Chart
The IT & Digital Engineer will be based in Macao, reporting to IT Digital Operations Manager (Hong Kong & Macau), who is based in Hong Kong.
This position will be working very closely with the Macao Business team, the headquarter based in France (Corp HQ) and the Regional HQ (RHQ) team based in Singapore.
The IT & Digital Engineer is responsible for setting up, coordinating and following up on all Digital advertising applications in Macao Street furniture (Street advertising board and Bus Shelter) and MIA (Macao International airport). Main work focus is on-site maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Projects
Support deployment and installation of digital systems
Handle digital systems project updates and reporting
Prepare digital systems project documentation and control Digital Systems Incident/ Maintenance Management
Provide technical support to reported incidents and problems
Ensure system reliability and carry out improvements
On-site work: Operate on-site maintenance and troubleshooting and coordinate the work of subcontractors in resolving issues
Digital Systems and Interactive Panels Operations
Support preparation of Operations team regarding:
Inventory management (add, change, catalogue, maintain, retire)
Diagnostic checklists to guide the operation team in efficient troubleshooting
Troubleshooting of digital systems
Supervise system performance to ensure quality of service in respect of SLAs
Ensure all digital systems are well set up and complete
Collect and analyse data and alerts generated by digital
Work with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure all digital campaigns running on digital systems are implemented successfully
Job Requirements
3 years or above experience in IT support and maintenance
With experience in contributing as technical team member/project management
Fluent with Linux System administration (Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of Linux environment)
Familiar with Windows Systems administration and Installation
Knowledge in Cisco network equipment and routing
Experienced in Incident and Problem Management process
Demonstrable experience of supporting critical applications
Motivated, proactive & independent; Able to anticipate problems and work effectively within teams (locally as well as regionally)
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Fluent English and Cantonese speaking and writing
