Hygiene Manager 衛生經理

Responsibilities:

  • To monitor and implement for all F&B Hygiene related SOP & P&P.

  • Prepare and monitors the requisition, storing of all chemicals and equipment.

We’re looking for a meticulous, efficient and highly literate individual to take up the role of Senior Chinese Editor and Production Manager at Macao News.

You will be responsible for the quality and accuracy of all Chinese-language content we produce. Your primary responsibilities will include translating and editing content from English to Chinese, as well as serving as the in-house Chinese language expert. Beyond these core duties, you will also support the English-language editorial and video teams in various production-related capacities, such as liaising with and interpreting for Chinese-speaking interviewees, pre-production planning, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the production process, especially when a Chinese speaker is required.
