Responsibilities:
Understand clients’ business and business issues, serve as a trusted advisors to drive effective solutions
Guide the development, writing and presentation of incremental project proposals, scope of work, schedules and staffing plans
Ensure PCNs are clearly communicated to clients and approved
Build and maintain effective client relationship, ensuring that all clients’ needs are listened to, understood & responded to in a timely way
Participate & encourage team players in creative brainstorming, with the aim of generating ideas for clients
Ensure regular team meetings, manage communications between team members and make sure all deadlines are met
Communicate with vendors and requesting for quotations
Budget coordination, stage management, production coordination and logistic planning
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in event management or related fields
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
A team leader who is able to work independently and under pressure
Well-organized, mature and responsible
Excellent written and oral communication skill in English and Chinese, good command in Putonghua would be an advantage
Well-versed in computer skills (Word & Excel is a must)

Responsible for the implementation and deployment, operation and maintenance, log analysis, performance tuning, etc. of the database.
Responsible for the daily management of the database, including database backup and recovery, performance optimization, data transfer, daily monitoring and inspection, building a high-availability database environment and solving emergencies and difficult problems.
Participate in project work, assist in development and implementation, and provide database support.

Job description:
